Some thoughts I had recently about laughing and laughter:
• Any relationship is only as good as the number of times you make each other laugh.
• Only judge someone after you have seen them laughing from their heart.
• Laughing about a problem gives you a different perspective on it. (I know lots of people who, even though they know this is true, just can't do it, either through guilt, fear, shame or depression, which is a real shame, because laughter, even forced laughter, is the perfect antidote to all of them)
• Laughter is not about being funny. It's about how you feel inside; in your mind, in your body and in your soul.
• It is impossible to laugh and be depressed at the same time. (I think I may have heard that before somewhere)
